Sports and Physical development

We are dedicated to nurturing the physical development of children. Our special emphasis lies in enhancing their health and physical capabilities. We focus on various aspects, including motor skills, muscle strength, bone density, and overall physical fitness. Recognizing that childhood and adolescence are critical periods of rapid physical growth, marked by significant milestones, we support our students’ journey toward reaching their full physical potential. Our priority is imparting knowledge about proper nutrition, regular exercise, and creating a nurturing environment where students can flourish.

Our school facilities include a basketball court, football ground, running tracks, volleyball court, badminton court, and more. Our qualified physical education and sports teachers guide students in various sports activities such as basketball, football, volleyball, and athletics (running, jumping, discus throw, kho-kho, kabaddi, wrestling, etc.). Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in indoor activities like meditation, yoga, etc
